hi, I want to make a seafood meal for 6 people Sunday evening and I was hoping to go shopping for the seafood on Saturday. Can you do this? Is there any type of seafood that you can cook a day in advance and it will still be delicious the next evening? Can you partially cook any of it a day in advance - like boil the lobster on Sat. and use the meat on Sun? Any recipe suggestions? Or can you buy seafood on a Sunday that will be good, since the freshness will be questionable?
