Pre cooking and Freezing holiday buffet

Kcarter | Nov 18, 201803:59 PM     9

Each Year I host a Christmas Eve Buffet for about 50 people. I make as much as I can a few days prior to Christmas Eve so that I heat up and put out already prepared food. This year I will be traveling the week before, coming back 12/23 (and of course there could be weather delays...) so I would like to make as much as possible in the up coming month and freeze. Does any one have ideas for holiday recipes that react well to freezing, but still seem company worthy?
