Pre-brined Corned Beef

Bought this from a local butcher - Pre-brined & frozen brisket. Cost about 25% of what deli-ready brisket cost, but I have no idea how to cook it - Boil, braise, slow-roast - Any ideas out there? (It came in a five lb slab. I intend to cut off 1 lb chunks and freeze the rest, so that I can cook it as I need it.
