Finally got to a Ranch 99 in Daly City yesterday and snatched up a # of lg. white prwns w/ their heads on. Planning on cooking them today, maybe a shrimp boil for a yummy "peel 'n eat" experience, thought I'd ask for more suggestions though. Anyone know how to do the Salt and Pepper shrimp a la Yuet Lee in SF? Wanted to get the live spot prawns, but I chickened out when I thought about keeping them in my fridge overnight...next time. Any suggestions appreciated!
