In praise of Shop'n Save

I just have to let everyone know, because this makes me very happy.

Seen today at the Baxter Blvd Shop'n'Save in Portland:

Yu choy, ong choy, bitter melon, snake squash, long beans, chinese broccoli, 2 kinds of oriental eggplant (long, purple and skinny and small, green and round), sambal oelek, fried garlic, frozen durian, halal chicken cutlets, large bags of extra-hot thai peppers, four kinds of organic greens (mustard, collards, kale & chard), four kinds of local apples, Kozy Shack rice and tapioca puddings, eight kinds of single-malt scotch, a locally produced, 'hand-cheddared microcheese' in several varieties (jalapeno, garlic, regular cheddar, dill) with 'vegetable enzymes' clearly indicated on every label, and bananas on special for 25 cents a pound.

I have discovered that you need to grab the oriental greens on the day they're delivered, or they tend to look a little the worse for wear, but still.
