For this recipe:
I have Penzey's Ground Vietnemese Cinnamon. I don't have any cinnamon sticks (I am aware that it is actually not cinnamon).
Can I use my powdered cinnamon? Maybe I could add it when I mix the cranberry liquid with the gelatin?

PS - this is my first time making a Thanksgiving meal, turkey and all. I am somewhat nervous. It's Sunday and I still don't have a turkey because I don't have storage space.
