What do you make with potato flour? I bought a package to try out a fried chicken recipe. Didn't really care for the flavor of that one. So, what else can I use it for?
It's Bob's red mill finely ground potato flour. There's a recipe on the back for potato rolls but it only uses two tbsp. There's also a very unappetizing recipe for potato soup. Maybe it's good but just doesn't sound like it.
So, what's your favorite way to use it?
