My husband and I will be coming to New Orleans for Jazz Fest in late April. He has never been to New Orleans, and I thought I would make reservations at one of the traditional restaurants for a Thursday night dinner for two. I was thinking of Galatoire's, Antoine's, Arnaud's, Broussard's, etc. Does anyone have a sense of which might be the best option in the current environment?
