About 5 years ago i took a short vacation in the Algarve region of Portugal. There was one dish that was pretty much served everywhere we went. It was sort of a stew, as i recall. I think it had rice in it, sometimes chick peas, with different meats or seafood in it. Also, if i remember correctly the dish was the same name as the pot that it was cooked in. One time, in Loule, i think i had it with octopus, and other seafood in it.
