Is there anything better on a hot summer day for lunch than a dozen of these freshly-shucked beauties and a cold IPA? I think not...
I've been to several of these and found them all to be top notch. Of course, about the only way you could screw this up is if the oysters weren't fresh and food poisoning set in! When I lived in Silicon Valley, I used to bike to the Los Gatos Farmer's Market to eat them. They were served out of a van newly-arrived from Tomales Bay where they were grown ($1/each I think).
