Portland to Seattle, who has the best 'classic' Chinese food?

I'm talking about those wonderfully inexpensive lunch combos, where you get something like Kung Pao Chicken or Sweet and Sour Pork or Cashew Chicken, with fried rice, eggroll, and soup all included.

My mine criteria here is QUALITY. I hate it when meat tastes 'old' or not fresh (know what I mean?). I also really like the chicken to be all breast meat. And the shrimp need to be good, not really mushy and fishy tasting.

Hopefully, someone here can help me. I'm actually in Olympia, but I don't really have a problem driving for some really excellent 'classic' Chinese.
