Portabella's - don't forget about them

We've been having portabella-on-a-bun lately, it's nice to grill it up outside in the summer. Here is what we do...

I use Newman's balsamic vinegrette, put some in a large zip lock baggie, add chopped garlic, parsley and a bit of EVOO, put the portabella's inside the bag & marinate, we've done it up to 3 hours. Throw them on the grill until the desired cook time, we also grill red onion & put a bit of pepper jack cheese on the portabella when it's almost done, stack it all on a nice grilled onion or kaiser roll and YUM! I add creole mustard, just a tad, it's heavenly!!!
