I planned to make Ina Garten's herbed pork tenderloin (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/in...) for my book group tomorrow night. I've made this recipe many times and really like it; you sear the pork in a pan on the stovetop, then finish in the oven. Unfortunately, my oven went out today and I won't be able to have it repaired in time. I already have the tenderloins. Is it possible to just cook them in the pan all the way through, or will that not work? Will they dry out? Or could I grill them earlier and somehow reheat them on the stovetop? (I have a scheduling issue on top of the stove issue.) Thank you for your help and any advice!
