Pork tenderloin sauce for hot weather

I'm grilling some pork tenderloins for a casual party this weekend & it's supposed to be 100 degrees! I'm going to do a chimichurri sauce but am looking for another that isn't a warm sauce ( so no butter base), isn't spicy ( as one person is sensitive & the chimi will be a little spicy), & can set out for a bit in the heat ( so no mayo). Any ideas?
