OK, I'm nominally jewish and don't eat pork, so this is a question of ignorance rather than stupidity.
Does pork stock exist? I never see it called for in recipes, or recipes for it. And it isn't in cans next to the chicken/beef/vegetable stocks in the store. But it is a meat, so there's no reason it shouldn't exist. (Is there?)
If it exists, where is it used? OK, soups, but is there an american pork stew like there is for lamb or beef? (arguably french rather than american, but...)
Is it called something else?
