pork roast question

I just bought a box of various meats from a local butcher, and included in the package were two chine end pork roasts. I've never heard of this cut (I thought the chine was the backbone) and am uncertain what to do with them. Roast, pot roast, braise, grill, pulled pork? Any info appreciated. Thanks,
