Pork Roast

Bobfrmia | Apr 24, 2006 09:17 AM

I bought a 3 pack of seasoned pork sirloin roast at Costco. They looked good, but I noticed after I got home that like so much pork anymore, it had been injected with whatever the hell they shoot up pork with. I find that usually means salty taste and kinda mushy texture. I grilled one last night and I was pretty much right. So, I think the next one will find its way into the crock pot. It is Chipolte seasoned, so I'm thinking maybe throw in some chipoltes in adobe sauce. What else? Does it need a liquid? If so, what? I'm thinking when it's done I'd just pull it for sandwiches. Pork Roast is not my area of expertise. Any help is appreciated.
