Please help me!I have some boneless center cut loin chops that I want to cook. The problem is that anytime I do these they usually come out either tough, dry, or both. I love cooking pork tenderloin because it always comes out moist and juicy. But, alas, the supermarket sales cloud my judgement and I end up with a package of the chops in my freezer, laughing at me anytime I open the door.
What would be a good way to cook, broil, grill, marinade, these so I am not reduced to grinding them up and using them for meatloaf?
