Where do you get your PORK BURGER fix?

ipsedixit | Jan 22, 200704:14 PM     11

Lately, I've sort of been on a pork burger binge and have been frequenting WOOD SPOON in downtown LA to get my fix. Good crusty (but tender) country roll, very nice roasted cabbage as garnish and of course a very juicy pork burger patty.

I've tried the pork burger at BLD, but the pork patty was a bit dry and the pork-ness was almost overpowering. Is there such a thing as too much pork flavor? Well, in the case of the BLD pork burger, the answer is "Yes!" It's too bad, because Grace was so good with swine ...

So, I ask, where do you get your pork burger fix?

P.S. If you ever go to Wood Spoon, make sure to try their version of Chicken Pot Pie ...
