So on impulse I bought some pork belly that was cut into pieces - maybe 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. I think I have about 1-1/2 lbs. I had originally had my mind set on slow roasting it. Is this possible? What if I re-form the pieces so that they're squished together as if it was a solid slab? Prefer not to grill - it's -20 C outside today. Ugh.
