How Now Pork Bao?

Ever since HSF closed I have been trying to find a char siu bao (steamed, preferably) to replace the one that made me so very happy for years and years. To no avail.

The baos were not the only thing I loved at HSF (har gow, fried shrimp balls, crab claws), but they are the things I miss the most. Fluffy bread, really great sweet-ish bbq sauce, nice meaty chunks of roast pork.

Can anyone help fill the hole in my heart and the bao-shaped emptiness in my tummy?
