I’m making this thread to find out where all the cookware brands we know are made.
I sold both my Eva Trio Professional non stick pans, when I found out they were made in China.
I have kept the Demeyere Alu Pro and Mauviel M’Stone non stick since I haven’t been able to verify, if they are made in China or hopefully in Belgium/France.
I try to support European and US made brands first.
In order to do this, I need to know where the cookware is really made.
So here goes.
Eva Solo/Trio - all their pans are made in China
Scanpan - all their pans with metal frames are made in China, even the CTX line. All their aluminium with non stick is made in Denmark
Demeyere - as far as I know all their pans are made in Belgium. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I know the non stick line I prefer, Alu Pro, is made in Belgium as well as the Atlantis and Pawson line too.
Mauviel - as far as I know all their pans are made in France. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Le Creuset & Staub - all their ECI is made in France, I think Le Creuset PLY and Non stick is made in Portugal, but not entirely sure.
De Buyer - everything should be made in France, though not sure.
Fissler - the Original Profi line is made in Germany. The cheaper lines are made in China.
Please participate in this thread with your knowledge.
And I’ll stay neutral regarding why I won’t buy products made in China and why I support European and US made brands firstly. But you can probably guess why ;-)
