I just bought a Le Creuset Tarte Tatin pan and made Pommes Anna last night. Though they were delicious, the first layer of potatoes remained in the pan. I was able to easily remove that part in nearly one piece and place it on top of the rest. It was a crunchy, buttery treat!
What did I do wrong? Any tips for this newbie to get it out all together?
Tonight: the classic apples tatin!
