Pollo Campero (Guatamalan chain) to open in Wheaton this month

Looloo | Dec 2, 2004 11:48 AM

This is the one that had the ballyhooed openings in N VA with the very long lines. The chain set up in Guatamalan airports so people could take their food on the plane.
Yummy fried chicken, beans & potatoes.
A PC outlet in Takoma/Langley Park on University Blvd just opened I believe.
The Wheaton location is on Georgia Ave nr Hickerson.

Also, in the shopping center on Boiling Brook Pkwy (off Nicholson Ln) in Rockville, the Brazilian? Bolivian? cafe has been replaced by New York Bagels, which won't be open until early 2005. It's down the row from Amazing Savings, Katz's kosher mart, and Mem Sahib which has a delicious T-Fri big lunch buffet for only $7 (& a belly-dancing feast on the weekends)...
