I know this is a chain, but MAN, was this some good chicken!! I felt I had to post. My first bite and I actually exclaimed in the food court "OH MY GOD!"

The skin was crispy but not oily, the meat was SO tender and juicy. It beats out any chicken I've had EVER. I definitely prefer this spicy, crispy skin to anything Zankou has to offer, and I'm a pretty big Zankou fan. The meat was spicy all the way through, which was great. I'm not a real fan of hot spice, so it probably wouldn't register with the average person, but for me it was perfect. The beans were nice and spicy too, but not vegetarian, there were big ol' pieces of bacon floating around in there.

I was worried because there was a lot of chicken on the racks, I figured it would be reheated or soggy or something would be wrong with it...

I'm afraid I'm an addict now...
