Poke bowl toppings

pumpkinspice | Jul 31, 201905:45 AM     8

My little ones seems to love "make your own" - and always gobble it up when they are involved. Thinking of doing a poke bowl spread for dinner this weekend.

This is what I have so far:

White rice
Cucumber
Crispy and fresh jalapeno
Shredded carrots
Endamame
Avocado
Shrimp
Smoked salmon
Green onions
Diced mango

Sauce - soya sauce, spicy mayo

Any other ideas? We have a severe sesame allergy as well to consider.
