This is one of those items I like to make and freeze for those times I just want a fast food type dinner. None of the recipes I have found indicate the butter proportions. Some of the softened butter (2 sticks total) goes into the sandwich mix (they never say how much) and the remaining butter(again they don't say how much) they use for sauting. How do you make this if you do. Thanks
