About ten years ago I ate at a fantastic restaurant in Plum Branch, South Carolina called the Plum. The place unfortunately burned down, and they didn't rebuild. I heard something about the chef moving to Charleston, and I don't even know who the chef was. I was wondering if anybody else on here had eaten there and knew where the chef is now. I had some gazpacho there that I still remember. Also, they didn't have air conditioning, and that's hard to forget too in South Carolina. Any help would be appreciated.
