This is a delightful hibachi restaurant and has some of the best food of its sort. We were there last night and the crowd was a bit thin to say the least (very troubling on a Friday night). A similar place has opened around the corner, with a good deal more glitz, and I fear that Fuji will become victim to the typical Towson preference of form over substance.
Let me say that I have no affiliation with this restaurant whatsoever. It's just that my family loves it (my 5 year old ate fried rice and lobster there last night...HUGE for a nuggets and fries man), and I would hate to see it fail. Please give it a try if you can, I don't think you'd be disappointed.
