Some 20 yrs ago i xeroxed pages from a Japanese American cookbook, but unfortunately, the recipe pages don't have the book name on them, so I don't know the book title. From the xeroxed pages, it appears that the unknown book has the same size pages (approx.7"x7")and format as the book, Oriental Appetizers by Yukiko and Bob Haydock.(I also have their book Food in a Japanese Mood.) Hand drawn illustrations of the recipe procedures.
Some of the recipes i copied were are Acorn Squash Leaves with Miso, and Namban Beef . The recipe I am seeking is Shrimp with Egg Vinegar Sauce (hollandaise- like with vinegar instead of lemon juice maybe?)
Anyone have this? Thanks so much for your help!
I did find an Amazon book of theirs called Appetizers in a Japanese Mood; it might be that one.
