And, we're vegetarians!
So, it proves challenging at times.
I know we can just eliminate the carbs from entrees (as far as they go)...but, I don't want their meals to feel too incomplete (& less thought out).
After all, a huge part of a chef's creation is
the accompaniments ... and just how he or she envisions the whole thing.
So, any experience w/particularly 'Atkins friendly' or creative restaurants...which might also satisfy us vegetarians? These could be in SF, Marin, or on the Peninsula/South Bay...coastside or not. Thanks!!
If in the City or Marin...esp. spots that out-of-towners might enjoy, would be appreciated. (ones w/views or a lot of atmosphere, perhaps)
