Planning a party - food quantity help

sunenihs | Feb 19, 201902:07 PM     2

Hello - I am planning a party for about 60 people. It is going to be a BBQ, and I am going to get ribs for 45 catered from a local BBQ joint. I am going to do the sides myself, and also am thinking about shredding up chicken for BBQ chicken sandwiches for about 25. Do you think those quantities make sense? I know some people eat more than their weight in ribs, and some won't have any at all. Also, not really sure how much soda to provide. It'll be at a place that has a bar for alcoholic beverages, so I have to take that into account too. Thank you!
