three new places in town!

I tried to go to Huey's the other night after a movie. It says on the sign "24/7". When I got to the front door it was closed. It was labor day evening and I assume they could not get the staff to work. Word has it that you can get great late night diner style food but with a great atmosphere and with wine and beer.
Who has comments good and bad?
Also, had lunch last week at the latest, Cote Brasserie. UGH! Not very impressed. Weak and slow service and when someone was at your table, I got the feeling that I was expected to chat with the overly friendly waitstaff and be extra cheerful to the bread man and to the water guy etc. The food was utterly insipid. Nothing special at all. I think Bingo Star is a magnificent chef so I really want to go back and give it another try. The wine list is quite nice and the menu seems incredibly creative.
Thirdly, I hear that a chef from Irene's has opened up a new place in the CBD where reservations are encouraged. What is it called?
