Im putting together a list of restaurants whose chefs have a serious commitment to using foods from local farms and producers and would like any and all nominations -- no restrictions on price, cuisine, or location. By serious commitment I mean cooking as much local food as possible, week after week, not just featuring an heirloom-tomato salad when some distributor runs a special.
