Do these places still exist?

Greetings from a Chicago chowhound. I lived in DC for a time 5 years ago, and I'd like to revisit a couple of favorites while I'm there next weekend. I used to go to an outdoor seafood market on the water near those touristy restaurants (Phillips and the other one). In addition to the raw items to take home, you could get spiced steamed-in-shell shrimp, steamed crabs by the bushel, and fresh shucked oysters and clams. One time a friend and I went there with a fifth of vodka and ate a dozen oysters each in between shots, sitting on the dock with the seagulls (a fine pair of gourmet winos were we). I think it was only going on the weekends, maybe only on Sundays. Does anyone know if this market still goes on and what the hours are?

There was also a lovely Spanish restaurant on 17th and T (or R?). Ceviche, lomo salteado, and a glass of wine. Oh what was the name of that place? And is it still there?

I like what I'm reading about Bistro du Coin, by the way. Wish it had been there when I lived in that 'hood. Maybe I'll check it out.
