Best Places to Eat Now

feed_me_please | Sep 12, 201409:40 AM     7

Hello!

I've consulted Chowhound in the past for great new places to eat in San Diego, so I know there are great older posts addressing this issue, but I'm wondering where people are eating now. We have a rare date night and I want to take full advantage!

Places we like have great food and ambiance. I know, too general. It has been a while, so I'm not sure if these eateries are still up to par, but some places we liked included Market, Sushi Ota, Farmhouse Cafe, Mille Fleurs and Laja. Where can we go that will provide us with great food and an eating "experience" (I consider walking past a 7-11 to fantastic sushi in a strip mall a great experience).

Any and all suggestions are welcome! Date on a Tuesday night. Thank you and happy eating.
