Please help me. Need a place for my spouse's bd. (I know, I know, how pedestrian)

He loves traditional Italian, but does have a sense of adventure. He also really digs game meat. We both appreciate a good wine list. I'd like to take him somewhere we haven't been. That knocks Brothers, George, and Scaramouche off the list.

Here's what I've come up with. If you've dined at any of these and care to share your experience, I would be oh so grateful. Chowhound is now the only place with trustworthy reviews.

- Antler Kitchen & Bar
- Ardo
- Buca Yorkville
- Giulietta
- Massimo's Supper Club
- Reign at the Royal York Hotel (Not known for great food, but Bison Chateaubriand is compelling.)
- Trattoria Nervosa
- Tutti Matti
- Viaggio
- Woods Restaurant
