20+ years ago there was a little shop on Magazine that sold soups and gumbos and ettoufees that were frozen. I used to buy their crawfish bisque weekly and when I moved back to CA I filled my carryon with these containers. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. The only thing I remember was somewhere on the sign was the word "charcuterie."
Please oh please help. Even if it's closed I still need to remember the name for my sanity :)
