Will be in the South Bay on the weekend and have a craving for some good tasty Korean tofu pot (soon tofu or whatever it is called). Must be able to make a tasty one that is completely not spicy at all (no traces of redness of spice). Good variety/quantity and quality of kim chi dishes (spicy and non spicy) would be a plus. (The amount/variety and quality of kim chi at Korea House in Santa Clara/El Camino is a great example, but alas they don't serve just tofu pots alone.)
The SF Chowhound guide book mentioned Myong Dong Tofu Cabin in the South Bay. Unfortunately I was not impressed with them last two times I was there (kim chi was also very salty), and I wasn't too happy with what I had at one of those Tofu House chains.
Anywhere else I'd love to hear other suggestions you have. :-)
