Place that will do corking in Vancouver: 10th Anniversary

Looking for suggestions from people, here is the situation; it is my me and my spouse's 10th wedding anniversary and I am looking to take her out for dinner as a part of the day's celebrations. I also have a bottle of '94 Opus One that has been in the cellar for just this occasion. The challenge with BC's more antiquated liquor laws, it has been hard in the past to find a place that will let you bring your own wine.

Like any chowhound it place should be about the food, and hopefully somewhere we can talk, was at Feenie's last week and by 9 it was impossible to hear anything (but at least the food was good.

PS: No sushi (spouse is not a big fan, as too bad as that is) and no need to worry about the steak houses (even though it seems a sin not to eat some form of red meat with the wine)
