Just a quick question: anyone have a sure bet for the best baby roast pig in chinatown? There is a difference the young pig and the grown pig, though they both roasted and have that golden, crispy blisterred skin. I just need the info on the baby pig.
I always get the places mixed up, but I know there are experts here who can tell me which restaurants does specifically what well, i.e. such and such Wong has great bbq pork, but not so good duck; the place on such and such has the best soy sauce chicken, but don't get their bbq pork...etc.
Thanks for your input.
