Pizza at Ugo - West L.A.

Ugo – 10915 West Pico Blvd, West Los Angeles – This pizza was almost inedible. You could hammer nails with the crust. Is this the new “authentic” Italian crispy cracker crust? The cheese was rubbery and it solidified into a repulsive slab before our eyes. Worse yet, the sauce was flat with no taste. We asked for some dried oregano, but it was too late to help. What I can’t understand is why the place was jammed.

Can we talk San Biagio (Upland) into opening a branch in L.A.?
