Poor management, dry food and terrible attitudes. The misery spreads from the owners down. Ordered food and they never put enough sauce (for me) on the takeout, so I asked for a small container of sauce. The tried to charge me 1.50 for a 1/2 cup of sauce. I made mention of it that I was not pleases, so instead could they put extra sauce on the two sandwiches I was ordering. No was the answer, so I put three cents in the tip jar and told the counter people that I guess he needed my threee cents more than I did. I went and sat down with about 4 other patrons. The counter person told the owner and he proceeded to berate me in front of the other customers, this went on for a good five minutes. Meanwhile I told him that he must not be from New York as his theme suggested because New Yorkers wouldn't treat customers like this. He finally stopped and I was sitting watching the workers of which he was standing near. He motioned and rudley said what are you looking at? I replied to him not much and it surely wasnt him I was watching them cook. He continued his rant and I finally took my money and left. This was not the first "bad" incident at this place. One time my mother in law had ordered Liguine in Clam Sauce, it offered mussels or clams in the shell as an additional garnish, she chose clams. It came with mussels and she asked if she could have clams because she does not like mussels, the owner came over and said, not even politely, "We don't have enough to give you so its mussels or nothing." Nice owners huh? Just to let you know these are new owners since about 2-3 years. The old owners opened a place in plantation, also called pizza time. GO there, it's worth the trip.
