Pizza and Thai in dallas area

hello everyone! no, I'm not looking for thai pizza, or pad-linguini. I'm just a former austinite turned plano resident that's looking for some good places to eat!. so far I've been fairly dissapointed with what the area around me has to offer, so I'm thinking about spreading out, in search of some food. Particularly I'm looking for a good thai restaraunt and a good pizza joint. and by good, I mean . . . cheap (former poor undergrad turned poor-er grad student). for the thai restaraunt I'd love to find a place like Madam Mam's in austin (just something about the food there kept me coming back for more, and I tried most of the other thai places in austin while I was there). I guess I want a fairly authentic thai resteraunt with some noodle dishes... man, I can taste that spicy peanut thai noodle dish from Mam's right now. . . but I digress. Pizza wise, I'd love to find a real deal neapolitan pizza joint. I miss the pizza I had in naples, and anything that came close would make me Uber happy. I'm talking THIN pizzas that aren't cracker crunchy all the way through, with 1 pizza serving a person a decent meal. anyone who's been to southern Italy/naples should know what I'm jonesing for. also, any undiscovered gems in the plano/addison/colony/carrolton area would be appreciated.

if anyone has any personal recommendations you can either post them here, or e-mail them to me at zmtroger@hotmail.com TIA

-Roger
