This message is for anyone who knows pizza (or at least thinks they do).
I know what New York-style pizza is. I know Chicago-style. I'm pretty sure know Neapolitan pizza.
Is Boston-style different? It seems pretty similar to NY- thin crust in the middle, thicker & chewy on the edge, not too heavy on the toppings. What about "New Haven-style"? What about Greek-style?
I'm from Boston & my wife is from Chicago and we have very spirited "discussions" about this subject, but haven't found any one reliable source to give us all the facts. Are there any Chowhounds out there who can help save our marriage???? Also, feel free to recommend your favorite pizza joints, especially if they are in the Boston area. Thanks!
