Just tried to make pizza using Jim Laheys new book "My Pizza". The oven has to be preheated for 30 minutes at 500 then the broiler is put on for 10 minutes. Needless to say, this makes the oven extremely hot!! When I went to put the pizza on top of the preheated pizza stone, it had broken in half. I need to get a pizza stone that will withstand such high temperatures. Any suggestions?
