Pizza with REAL mozzarella?

I can only eat pizza if it’s made with real white soft mozzarella. It does not matter if it’s di bufala or fior di latte but it has to be white, soft and fresh. Other than Bottega, are there any Montreal pizzerias that use the real mozzarella instead of the shredded “U.S. style mozzarella”?
