Well I decide to try Trader Joe's fresh pizza dough, and needless to say with a first try for anything - there were problems.
I have 2 pizza stones in my over to help hold the heat when I open the door to put the food in.
I preheated the oven as high as it would go - 500.
The stove beeped to say it was there. I flattened the dough as much as I could. Ingredients: fresh mozz., drained, squeezed out canned artichokes, drained, squeezed out tomatoes. dough went onto a thinnish steel pan with vents in it. I waited the 20 minutes, and it didn't look done enough. I waited another 10 minutes.
2" from the sides were fine, but the pie was uncooked dough in the middle!
