New pizza options at Sullivan Street Bakery

jjm | Jun 12, 2003 02:30 PM

Stopped by Sullivan Street bakery today for a couple of squares of pizzeta, and noticed they have added two new options.

One is a three cheese radiccio pizza. It was three dollars a slice, and unlike their squares, was served as a trianglular $3 slice. (Imagine if Picasso Cafe served pizza by the slice for an idea of size. I beliee that each "pie" has 4 slices). I got it straight out of the oven and it was excellent. The crust is simply amazing.

The other new offering was called the "Popeye Pizza" and I believe contained spinach and fresh mozzarella, Unfortunately they were out of this when I stopped in, so I "settled" for a radiccio slice and a zuccini and a potato square.
