I'm fed up with trying to find authentic Italian pizza
in San Francisco (returned from Italy last year and still haven't found anything that comes close) so I've decided to try and make my own. I am not quite ready to make my own dough (baby steps) I've been eyeing the prepared pizza dough at Trader Joe's and wonder if it's any good. I was also thinking of going to a reputable pizzaria and asking to buy a ball..lump...hunk...well you get the idea. Any advice/recomendations?
